Yes! You can click a link within the members' area to cancel anytime. You don't have to call us, email us, or be hassled. It takes 10 seconds and is easy and painless.
Can I change membership types after joining?
Yep! You can change your membership type any time with the click of a button. You can upgrade from a monthly to a quarterly or yearly membership any time you want.
How often are new lessons added?
We add over 30 new lessons each and every month. With any of the three membership types, you get unlimited access to every bit of JamPlay, including new lessons, for no additional charge.
What are the live sessions I get access to?
JamPlay instructors are live on webcam 10+ hours each day to help you out. These live sessions cover a variety of topics, and allow you to interact with our instructors if you need help or general feedback.
Additionally, we host open mic nights; where you can broadcast your webcam feed to our chat room to show off your abilities!
