Trevor starts with some hand stretches to get you comfortable reaching for certain notes on the neck. As the course advances, he breaks down hammer-ons, and pull-offs and gives you some great strengthening and conditioning exercises so you can overcome any playing scenario with the stamina needed! Finally, he'll add in some expressive techniques to give those notes your strumming a great full sound.
